Enática Energías Renovables installs and manages photovoltaic power stations. It is a Brial group company devoted to the promotion, construction and management of projects relating to renewable energies.
Going’s exit took place in June 2009 with the sale of its share in the company to the Brial group. Brial, with over 80 years history, is an Aragonese business group with a focus on the promotion and construction of real estate and energy projects.
While involved in the company, Enática has consolidated its position as a leader within the Aragonese photovoltaic sector.

Funds managed by Going Investment Gestión purchased a minority interest in the Aragonese company Embou Nuevas Tecnologías which offers broadband internet services through modern wireless WIMAX technology. Embou specializes in working in rural areas and in those environments that require the installation of complex infrastructures. Going’s investment exit happened in 2008 with the sale of its equity to Embou’s management team.

Aguas del Run S.A. exploits the natural mineral water of the “Sietecaños” spring, located in Castejón de Sos (Huesca). The economic injection from Savia Capital Crecimiento in 2006 enabled the construction of its advanced bottling plant and the start of the commercialization process. The investment exit took place in 2007 with the sale of the Going equity to Aguas de San Martín de Veri, whose facilities are located in the Benasque valley, a few kilometres away from Castejón de Sos.
Aguas de San Martín de Veri belongs to the Damm group, with over 130 years experience in the manufacturing and distribution of drinks at a national level.

Netfilia Interactiva S.A. is a company which supplies results marketing services and affiliate programmes on the Internet. Since 2001 Netfilia has been the leading Spanish affiliate advertising network, with over 20,000 webmasters, more than 90 information categories and over 100 advertisers. It generates more than 300 million impressions per month reaching over 10 million users. Going Investment S.A. has been a shareholder in the company since its creation in 2001. The investment exit took place in April 2007 with the sale of 100% of the company to Antevenio. Antevenio offers the most complete interactive advertising and marketing net services in Spain.

Euclídes Información offers outsourcing services, IT consulting and management application implementation. Going sold Euclídes in December 2006 to the company’s management team (MBO).

Going Investment S.A. has sold its 60% stake in Lácteos Arnedo to Grupo Dhul, enabling it to diversify in the cake and dairy desserts sector. Going acquired 51% of the company equity in 2001, increasing its stake over share issues, and investing a total of €1,5 million in the company. Moreover, the Arnedo family has also sold its 40% stake. Lácteos Arnedo has manufactured ice-cream, confectionary products and frozen desserts since 1978. The company commercializes its products under the Neiss and Giovanni Luna brands; from 1997 it also manufactures products for large clients in the food distribution and hotel industry, who sell them under their own brand. The company’s premises occupy 8000 m2 in Zaragoza.

Autocity Networks, S.A., is the company that launched and operates autocity.com, the leading automotive vertical portal in Spain. Going invested seed capital in autocity.com, acquiring an 85% equity stake at company launch in January 2000. In 2002 Auna, through its subsidiary Eresmas Interactiva, (nowadays Wanadoo, owned by France Telecom Group) acquired a majority stake in Autocity Networks. In April 2002 the transfer of shares between Going Investment, S.A. and Eresmas Interactiva, was formalized. Going retained a 4% equity stake which in December 2008 sold to Orange telecommunications group. Today autocity.com is still the leading automotive portal in the market and is profitable for its current shareholders.

Nouing Alimentació, S.A., is a sausage manufacturer and distributor which offers a cutting and packaging service of products. Going Investment took a 50% stake in the company equity just after its launch in October 1999. In June 2000, as Nouing was successfully growing, Going sold its ownership stake to Boadas.

Industrias Serva S.A., is a manufacturer of automotive components with the Glaser brand, and a leader in sealing and waterproofing products both at national (Spanish) and international level. In 1998, yearly turnover was around €30 million, with 280 employees and profits exceeding €4 million. In 1996 multinational company Dana Corporation bought an initial stake in Industrias Serva. Subsequently, in 1999 and after a successful expansion lead by Carlos Oehling and team at Industrias Serva, Dana Corp bought the remaining shares for full control. This transaction became the founding seed of Going Investment.
