With a degree in Business Administration from the University of Zaragoza, César Martínez is officially registered in the Registry of Auditors of Spain and member of the Board of Directors of the Professional Association of Economists of Aragón.

César Martínez is the Chief Financial Officer of Going Investment S.A. and Going Investment Gestión S.G.E.C.R. , the fund management unit. He joined Going in the year 2000.

In 1987 he initiated his professional career in management consulting and auditing. Between 1991 and 1999 he worked as a Senior Consultant for CGM Auditores, an auditing firm based in Zaragoza that serves clients on a national level. During this time, he offered consulting and auditing services to major national and multinational companies, and acquired broad experience in a variety of businesses including manufacturing, food, agriculture, mining, financial services, retailing, human resources as well as other industries.

In January 2000 César joined the Going team and started his first role as CEO of Autocity Networks, a leading vertical portal in the automotive business owned and managed by Going. For a period of two years, until the sale of Autocity to Eresmas Interactiva (now France Telecom), César combined his CEO role in Autocity with his  role of CFO at Going Investment, the original holding company. As his career progressed at Going, César became the CFO for the fund management unit, acting in a number areas including financial reporting, control, budgeting and more importantly the person in charge of the due diligence in collaboration with the outside consultants in addition to becoming the reference for all investment and exit processes.

Over time César has broadened his responsibilities with Going to cover both the investment holding company and related portfolio affiliates to the fund management unit and all the companies held under the three funds created by Going Investment Gestión.
