Paz holds a secretarial degree, and is fluent in English, French and German in addition to her native Spanish, having studied in Ireland, the US and Germany.
She is the Personal Assistant to Senior Management of Going, and a founding member of Going Investment, the holding company, since its creation in 1998.
Her career started in Hotel Formigal, in the Pyrenees, as a receptionist and housekeeper. In 1975 she joined Maquinaria y Metalurgia Aragonesa, a manufacturer of heavy duty machinery, acting as technical and management assistant to senior management. Within the same industry, Paz became the Personal Assistant to Senior Management and the Chairman of TAIM-TFG, another manufacturer of heavy duty machinery for the mining industry, cranes, and heavy loading/unloading structures, with an exposure to both the national and international markets.
It is in 1994 when Paz starts to work with Carlos Oehling by joining Industrias Serva, a major Spanish manufacturer of automotive components, as an Assistant to Senior Management. In this capacity Paz becomes an integral part of the team that made possible the transition of Industrias Serva from a Spanish owned group to becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of Dana Holding Corp as a result of the successful development of the Spanish operation.
Once Going Investment was created in 1998, Paz continued her role as PA to Carlos Oehling in the new venture and has since become also the Assistant to Senior Management of the team.
